About the Position
Join our team as a Talent Attraction coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in helping us attract and hire top talent! From supporting our recruitment process, managing candidate communication, to supporting our recruitment tools and help ensure everything runs smoothly. This role

This is a newly created position and is perfect for someone who loves keeping things organized and making difference in our hiring strategy.

You will be reporting to the Head of Talent while being part of supportive People and Culture department and collaborating with enthusiastic professionals dedicated to driving excellence. This role is based in Hellerup, and although we are excited to welcome new talent, we are unable to offer relocation for this position.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Talent Attraction team with scheduling, coordination, and other administrative tasks.
• Support implementation & maintainance our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & other tools to information up-to-date and manage recruitment processes efficiently.
• Collect and analyse recruitment data to help refine our strategies and improve hiring practices.
• Assist with talent market research to support our office expansions and workforce planning.
• Help with employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts to attract top talent to our team.
• Support with hiring campaigns, such as career fair, university partnerships etc.

What we're looking for

• Experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ATS or HR tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for data.
• Enthusiasm for employer branding and recruitment marketing.
