Job Description
Danfoss Climate Solutions, Electronic Controls, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic electronic platform projects enabling us to deliver sustainable and decarbonized solutions to our markets.

In this position, you will be responsible for new platform and product development projects combining embedded software, software tools, electronics and cloud connectivity. You will have full value chain responsibility from business approval to market launch – leading a cross-functional project team of 5-10 people and managing development activities with our external partners. Job Responsibilities
Your key areas of responsibility will be to:

• Lead project team members and stakeholders at all levels to succeed with complex projects
• Continuous management of project success criteria
• Organize an effective project setup with clear roles and responsibilities
• Build strong partnerships with external development partners
• Secure effective planning and follow-up on specifications, time schedule and project budget
• Execute according to agile principles and Danfoss Milestone Plan

Background & Skills
To be considered for this position you must have several years of working experience as Project Manager within development and cloud connectivity of embedded systems, and you must have practiced agile methods in your projects. Preferably you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic or Software engineering supplemented with business and leadership knowledge.

On a personal level, you have a positive attitude – balancing persistency and flexibility, strong people and presentation skills. You are structured, pro-active and pragmatic and have good understanding of end-to-end development processes. Since we work across cultures and geography in a global matrix organization, it is a necessity that you have good cultural understanding and master English both written and spoken.
