Position Overview: We’re seeking a talented Senior Copywriter to join our team. You’ll thrive in this role if you have a deep understanding of e-commerce and/or SaaS, coupled with a proven ability to produce engaging, action-oriented copy across a variety of platforms. As Senior Copywriter, you will report directly to the CEO and take ownership of crafting content that drives sales, strengthens customer loyalty, and stays true to our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set a high standard for marketing and copywriting at Colourbox, ensuring consistency and quality across all content.
• Translate data and research into actionable insights and creative strategies that guide our creative projects.
• Develop and refine guides, templates, and briefs for pitches and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and the CEO to craft and evolve the company's overarching narrative.
• Work closely with our Growth and Design teams to deliver creative solutions for various campaigns and projects.
• Take ownership of our owned channels, including LinkedIn and Pinterest, driving content strategy and development to expand our brand presence.
• Partner with the CEO on high-impact initiatives, such as website content and overarching brand messaging.
• Improve tools, processes, and standards for the copywriting function to support Sales, Marketing, and Design teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Growth teams to define key campaign goals and success metrics.
• Lead efforts to refine and shape the long-term direction of Colourbox’s marketing strategy.
• Communicate the unique value of our products and team to a global audience.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging trends and technologies shaping marketing and digital media.

Requirements:

• Native-level English proficiency.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for a global audience.
• A degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in creating high-impact content for e-commerce, SaaS, or similar industries.
• Strong conceptual abilities and experience with campaign development and messaging.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in pitching and presenting.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, creative content ideas.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
