We are committed when it comes to our people, and we are looking for a Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Partner to help shape and drive our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) agenda linked to our vision, mission and strategy.

To drive the DEI agenda the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Partner is also expected to take the lead in integrating DEI into essential people and business processes, recruiting activities, leadership programs, mentor programs etc. as well as be responsible for setting the ambition and driving relevant DEI projects and initiatives globally in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) is rooted in Global HR and the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Partner will report to the Global Head of People Experience who is responsible for shaping and driving the People Experience agenda in Topsoe with emphasis on Making Topsoe a preferred Employer of Choice, Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Mental well-being and belonging.

Who We’re Looking For
The Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Partner will shape, and drive DEI initiatives, activities and deliverables linked to Topsoe’s vision, mission and strategy.

We are looking for a “pragmatic idealist”. A person with a passion for DEI, combined with a pragmatic approach to finding solutions and a can-do attitude to get work done - also on your own.

The Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Partner will moreover also have the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with the people part of the EU CSRD Directive
  • Evaluate data and identify actions and solutions
  • Manage global reporting and track metrics to measure the impact of DEI
  • Drive the integration of DEI in essential people and business processes across Topsoe (e.g., recruitment, people development, performance reviews, people reviews)
  • Create and maintain DEI policies and procedures and stay up to date on legal regulations and guidelines that affect DEI efforts
  • Create, drive, and implement DEI deliverables with multiple stakeholders
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to share and implement DEI-related best practices
  • Deliver subject matter knowledge to develop e.g., leadership programs, mentor programs, general training materials, campaigns and presentations
  • Design and drive workshops and training sessions with key stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

  • A passion for DEI combined with a pragmatic approach to finding solutions and breaking down complexity into actionable insights
  • An analytic mindset combined with a can-do attitude to get work done - also on your own.
  • Solid experience creating results on the DEI agenda in a company with offices in e.g., Denmark, US, and India
  • Experience translating appropriate law, rules and regulations regarding DEI in an EU context
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate and build networks at all organizational levels as well as navigating in a complex stakeholder landscape
  • Solid presentation skills, both orally to a crowd, but also presentation and story-building in writing, leveraging data and business understanding

We Imagine That You Have

  • Preferably a M.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Strong in communication and facilitation
  • Good project management skills
  • Interest in employee engagement or change management
