Who we’re looking for
In this role you will become a trusted partner to our Chief Transformation Officer and CIO and member of the Global IT and Digital Leadership team. Our leadership team consists of 7 enthusiastic and talented leaders that drive the IT and Digital agenda for Topsoe, solving complex and crucial challenges to enable digitalization of key processes in Topsoe.
You will be part of a work environment characterized by mutual respect, openness, collaboration, and trust.

In your role, you will work on topics related to the management team agenda, as well as being primary responsible for our IT Board process, where all larger collaborative projects related to IT and Digitalization are up for decision to ensure time and resources are spent in alignment with Topsoe’s strategic vision.

Very few days are alike, but we expect you will make a mark on Topsoe by:

• Driving IT/Digital governance in Topsoe, help develop business cases, guiding presenters and leading meetings with Executive Committee members
• Responsible for the IT/Digital budget and forecast process, as well as preparation of our annual mission targets
• Ensuring smooth facilitation and execution of IT leadership meetings and our monthly Global IT Townhalls
• Acting as sparring partner for our IT leadership team as well as working on cross functional collaboration initiatives. You will act as the glue in the team making sure we deliver on our shared actions
• Facilitating knowledge sharing, processes, and collaboration in the leadership team
• Help solving complex tasks in other areas in Topsoe by temporary assignments, e.g. application for financing of large scale factory investments.

What you’ll bring

• You have 2-5 years of work experience from consulting, corporate strategy or strategic business development function in a larger, global company
• Eager to change the world, wanting to come to work in a company that can solve climate change, while developing and learning new skills in the IT and Digital area
• Drive and execution skills: Capable of proactively structuring own tasks, analyses and driving actions end-to-end, from problem to solution
• Collaboration skills: You are a team player, can mobilize people, have a collaborative mindset and flair for working with many stakeholders
• You hold a degree from a business school or a university with best in class results
• You easily communicate in English and are excellent in developing presentations.
