The Automation department is divided into Hardware, Software, Standard Products, and Data & Technology. We are a global team with colleagues in Denmark, Türkiye, America, and China. Common for all of us is that we all enjoy a good sense of humor and working in a down-to-earth atmosphere.

Data & Technology is a growing team, and we hope you will help us welcome more colleagues along the way. And luckily, the Automation department has 40 colleagues waiting to meet you and help you get to know our products.

Project management, data, and innovation
As our Lead Engineer, you will be developing our new digital solutions. Together with your team & colleagues from the other automation teams, you are setting an overarching standard to be used for our capital projects. To get there, you will be working with data collection and analysis, especially concerning

• Data Analytics

• Machine Learning, AI
• Vision Systems.
• Development and introduction/testing of new technologies

You will be collaborating with engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of our digital strategies. A part of your job will also be to update our Automation Toolbox and guidelines.

Automation Engineer with an interest in new technologies
You are a natural coach with a playful mindset and a passion for technology. You thrive in a role where you work either hands-on or delve into the technical details while working closely with and creating relationships across the organization.

In addition, we emphasize that you have

• At least 8 years of experience in the Automation business
• Effective project management and communication skills
• Programming skills within PLC and preferably a higher language

Most importantly, you have the desire to lead the digitalization project and ensure that Gram Equipment’s automation solutions are the best in class.
