Main purpose of the position
The FMS Business Analyst has the responsibility to support and facilitate the capture, understanding and translation of the business needs into working IT solutions that improve ISS operational performance and requires alignment with the business owners and FMS Business Solutions Managers to understand their needs and requirements to support further prioritisation of the product backlog.

The role also includes the creation and maintenance of all required artefacts in JIRA and Confluence to support the functional and technical design process, e.g., Improvement tickets, Epics, Features, User Stories and to triage demand queues with Business Owners.

What you’ll do:

• In a proactive manner, organize and facilitate the process of capturing business needs, including refinement of product improvement/enhancement requests and creation and maintenance of all required artefacts.
• Support the solution and design process.
• Support SCRUM teams with sprint/release schedule and planning in line with business requirements and alignment to peripheral initiatives.
• Drive communications towards business and key stakeholders (e.g., product updates, sprint and release status, risks, issues).
• Effectively manage the end-to-end process in JIRA and Confluence.

Key qualifications:

• Understanding and experience of working with Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe)
• Good English verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer and Stake Holder management experience.
• IBM TRIRIGA development experience is meriting.
• Understanding of development methods and principles.
