We are looking for a Digital change manager to contribute to Novo Holdings digital transformation.

The Job
As our new Digital Change Manager, you will be a key driver of our digital transformation across Novo Holdings globally safeguarding that we create and execute best practice solutions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we do not just talk about the possibilities in digital technologies, but we bring them to live and carry them out: both new technologies like AI and machine learning, but also systems like CRM.

Along with the rest of the team, you will drive innovation and pave the way for our development efforts and house-wide digital solutions, through a strong focus on user adoption to meet the needs of our global investment teams and business units. You will work closely with your team members and navigate a complex stakeholder landscape, to directly shape the success of our digital transformation efforts.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions like BI, automation and advanced analytics that provide value and meet business needs
  • User adoption of digital technologies. Creating best practice of e.g. CRM and making sure it is lived across the organisation
  • Change management – create a digital mindset across the organization
  • Improving digital awareness and digital skills across the organisation. For example by creating a digital community, events, teaching prompt engineering, by facilitating workshops or whatever magic you can think of
  • Driving user engagement and promoting the adoption of new digital tools
  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of key digital initiatives, ensuring they provide measurable business value
  • Building strong relationships and inspiring the organisation to align digital strategies with business goals

Professional Qualifications:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Deep data and process understanding. Not from a tech perspective, but from a business perspective
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with Change Management frameworks and processes
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to align digital solutions with business strategies
  • Excellent people and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience with user adoption strategies and driving digital engagement across complex organisations

Personal Qualifications:

  • Ambitious, proactive and with a curious mind
  • Independent and able to make decisions and provide input on issues relating to administration, projects, and communication
  • Able to convey complex information and interact with both business users and technical specialists
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships
  • Align to the Novo Holdings’ values
