Your Role: Lead with Vision, Strategy, and Innovation
As the Senior Manager of Product Management, you’ll head a team that brings together product owners and initiative leaders across multiple domains. You will champion the alignment of our product strategy with organizational goals, ensuring every product contributes to our future-proof vision. Your leadership will drive efficiency, continuous improvement, and a culture of innovation throughout the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing: Drive Impact and Lead Strategic Growth

• Shape the Future: Define and align product visions across all domains, ensuring cohesion with the company’s strategic goals. Guide and standardize product roadmaps to ensure consistent direction and execution.
• Ensure alignment: Align product strategies with organizational goals, objectives and key results, fostering focused progress and accountability.

• Be the Financial Strategist: Own the yearly investment process, and track the impact of strategic initiatives. Develop and implement a framework for tracking value realization from investments and product roadmaps across product domains.

• Optimize Investments: Lead improvements in the investment process, maximize value realization from investments.
• Strengthen Governance: Build and enhance the governance model for effective decision-making.
• Champion Agile Practices: Embed agile practices that will drive measurable improvements in product development.

What You Bring: Leadership, Innovation, and Strategy
You are a visionary leader with 4-5 years of experience in driving product strategy and managing high-performing tech teams. Your deep understanding of agile development practices empowers you to inspire and cultivate an agile mindset across your teams, ensuring efficiency and innovation. You possess exceptional communication skills, allowing you to clearly articulate your vision and strategy to stakeholders at every level.

As a change-maker, you have a proven track record of leading successful change initiatives that deliver organizational growth and impact. You are comfortable navigating complexity, bringing a calm, focused approach to leadership, and you thrive in dynamic environments.
