Are you ready to lead a growing team of business analysts and contribute to a significant transformation in the Debt Management area? We are looking for an experienced Chapter Lead who is enthusiastic about business analysis and people management for our Tribe.
Role Overview: This dual role offers you the unique opportunity to shine both as an HR leader and a Business Analysis Specialist. You will be part of a newly formed chapter with initially 6 team members. Your core responsibilities will include nurturing the professional and personal growth of your team, alongside undertaking key business analyst tasks. You will also take lead on expanding the team with additional business analysts bringing the team to potentially 10-12 members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the HR manager for a team of Business Analysis specialists, ensuring their growth on both professional and personal fronts.
- As an experienced business analyst you set the standards for others to follow when delivering hands-on business analysist tasks such as business analysis, process analysis and design, communicating with stakeholders, and more.
- Collaborate closely with the other leaders in the tribe (Chapter Leads, Product Owners, Solution Architects and the Tribe Leadership) to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring a robust team spirit.
About You:
We imagine you have solid proven leadership skills with a background in Business Analysis, Project Management or similar field.
You are a catalyst leader and team player, who is approachable and supportive, equipped with a comprehensive Business Analyst/Project Management toolkit.
Furthermore, you bring;
- Experience across all phases of the development lifecycle, from analysis and requirements development to testing and organizational implementation.
- High stakeholder management skills and great facilitation skills
- Agile methodology experience is beneficial.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Danish work permit, as we do not offer re-location
