This transition demands stronger financial processes, and we are looking for someone who can take the lead in this critical area.

Your role
As Business Partner for O&M, you will join a team of 6 skilled professionals and play a vital role in establishing financial processes, ensuring control, and enhancing collaboration across departments. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Finance and working closely with the COO and DP (directors of project) of Operations, you will support the reporting of O&M financial figures to the Board of Directors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Financial advisory and support for the O&M unit.
• Forecasting and budgeting to ensure sound financial planning.
• Cost analysis to optimize operational performance.
• Business risk management for mitigating financial risks.
• Performance analysis to drive financial efficiency.
• Monthly closing process to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• J-SOX process audit to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Inspection visits to power plants to understand operational challenges and support financial alignment.

What we are looking for
We foresee that the ideal candidate has:

• Proven experience in a financial role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Familiarity with IFRS15 and a solid understanding of reporting and compliance requirements.
• Strong process development skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration.
• A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment.
• You are a team player with good interpersonal skills and can interact with colleagues and other stakeholders at all levels of the organization
