About your future role
You’ll be part of the European product team within the Nexi Issuer Solutions business segment, one of the three business segments within Nexi group.
You’ll be supportingDigital Processing strategic business objectives.You’ll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues.
Your key responsibilities in this role will be:
- You will join a team of card payments product experts and lead the product and business strategy for transactions processing solutions and platforms.
- You will be responsible for managing the clearing solutions requirements for Nexi processing platforms across Europe, define the Vision, Roadmap, and manage the ROI
- You'll have the privilege to work closely with our Sales and Customer teams to engage in customer dialogues about the evolution of payment industry, market trends, the international and domestic card schemes mandates and requirements evolve and how Nexi payment processing proposition addresses these trends.
- As Clearing Product Manager you will be responsible to define and drive the clearing solutions and platform alignment strategy In addition, you will define business acceptance criteria and prioritise and manage the tech team backlog, define iterations, features, and stories in collaboration with team, Architect Lead and other Product Managers.
- You will be responsible for ensuring a self-organising culture in the team that entails commitment to and ownership of the goals and the deliveries by the team.
- Ensure that deliveries from the team are defining and fulfilling objectives and eventually accept iteration increments.
- Support migration and consolidation of large-scale financial institutions on target strategic platform UNI in alignment with the transformation programme plans.

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- At least 5 years of relevant background with Issuer Processing.
- At least 3 years of working as a Product Manager within SAFe method or similar relevant skills and experience
- You have a strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset and you thrive working with clients to define complex end-to-end solutions and customer journeys
- You have strong communication skills and have preferably worked with both on-site and off-site development teams.
- You have excellent networking skills and can develop relations with key stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of the cards payment industry
- Other experience from the financial industry is beneficial but not a pre-requisite.
- Language skills: fluent in English; other languages are beneficial
- Excellent experience in payments and with card schemes (Visa, MC, Dankort, Bankaxept etc) as they need to be able to understand the business model and the need for IT solutions to support the business.
- Excellent communication skills are needed. Product Manager communicates the roadmap’s vision and goal for the deliveries to the development team as well as team’s work to others.
- It will be a advantage to have background of Scheme & Issuer Clearing processes.
- It will be a plus if the candidate has prior knowledge about the MC and Visa clearing specification.
- Ensure proper stakeholder management at all levels and with external vendors
