YOUR TEAM
You will be part of a smaller team of 15 colleagues in the Digital Marketing & CRM team. Within the team, you will be responsible for the CRM team. We are part of BESTSELLER’s Ecommerce department located in both Aarhus and Amsterdam. Our Ecommerce team of 175+ colleagues from over 40 countries works to create exciting fashion experiences – whenever, wherever.
YOUR ROLE
As the CRM & Loyalty Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our brands in enhancing customer engagement, increasing retention and optimizing customer experiences throughout the customer journey. This includes continuously expanding our marketing automation setup and improving loyalty programs together with our brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Eommerce, Marketing and Customer Service to ensure that our automation setup and loyalty program aligns with our Brands’ overall marketing goals and business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a team of CRM specialists
- Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy
- Embed and improve Brands’ loyalty programs that increases customer retention and satisfaction
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the CRM strategy aligns with our Brands’ overall business goals and objectives
- Analyze customer data and use insights to improve the loyalty program and the overall CRM strategy
- Collaborate with rest of our Digital team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns
YOUR PROFILE
At BESTSELLER people are key. For this role we are looking for an experienced CRM & Loyalty Manager to lead and drive our CRM team. We imagine that you are a proactive and structured person with a “can-do” mindset. You have previously worked with many stakeholders and are therefore a skilled communicator both verbal and written, and great at building strong relationships. Furthermore, you have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience within CRM field with a focus on defining CRM strategy and driving Marketing Automation incl. implementation of loyalty programs
- Experience with hands-on CRM operations, trigger flows, journey mapping, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with customer data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- People Management experience
