About Your Role and the Team
In this pivotal role, you'll ensure that our topcustomers receive exceptional service and experience increased satisfaction (NPS). You'll oversee contract fulfillment, manage professional relationships with key stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating with a dynamic team, you will help GC become the preferred partner for SMARTCONNECT services, supporting long-term customer engagement and robust service delivery.

Here Are Some Examples of Key Responsibilities During a Typical Day:
· Customer Governance: Facilitate customer meetings, manage contractual obligations, and align expectations.

· Service Delivery Management: Act as the overall Service Responsible during the contract period, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

· Reporting: Provide high-quality, automated reporting and enhance reporting capabilities in collaboration with GC stakeholders.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Sales Executives and OPerations to enhance customer engagement and support during the tender phase.

· Escalation Management: Serve as the liaison between customers and GC operations, handling escalations, ensuring effective resolution and present Root Cause Analysis reporting for the customers.

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a proactive Service Delivery Manager who excels in managing client relationships and driving service excellence. You should be detail-oriented, analytical and adapt at navigating complex service environments. If you have a proven track record in service delivery management and are ready to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you!

To Succeed in This Role, We Believe You Have:
· Experience: 3+ years as a Service Delivery Manager or Project Manager, ideally in the Telco or Network industry.

· Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical capabilities. Experience with ITSM tools and BI platforms is a plus.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
