The position
As a department assistant, you'll collaborate closely with the department manager, team leaders, and other department assistants within our production unit. You'll report to the Senior Manager in the Facilities department.

In this role, you'll be the department's all-rounder, providing support in a wide range of tasks and engaging with various stakeholders.

Your main tasks will be:
• Support immediate manager in administrative activities such as management meetings, calendar and personnel management
• Plan, consolidate, and follow up on department budgets
• Handle all incoming invoices
• Drive and handle complex procurement tasks in collaboration with teams
• Administer and maintain service agreements for the area and ensure follow-up with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications
We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

• Preferably you have 3-5 years of experience from a similar position
• You are fairly tech savvy and familiar with the use of advanced IT solutions
• You have good presentation and communication skills
• You are fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English
• You have experience with budget and procurement handling. Preferably you are experienced in SAP and Coupa.

As a person you are reliable, loyal, and service-minded. You have a can-do attitude and can effectively plan, prioritise, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. You have a natural ability to establish good working relations across the organisation and reach agreements through flexibility and compromise.
In addition, we expect you to prioritize your own tasks, work independently, and have a forward-looking mindset. You should also have the ability and willingness to adapt quickly to new situations in a continuously changing environment.

About the department
You'll be joining a dynamic business area that produces Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for patients worldwide. Our API Manufacturing 4, 25K Multi-Product Facilities consist of approximately 200 employees, divided into two departments with different teams and staff functions. Our facilities are located in Hillerød, where we produce various APIs that are used to treat patients globally.
