This is a unique opportunity to be the first person on board in this new role, with global responsibility for implementing and managing a new document management system across all of Essity.

In this role, you will report to the Global Quality Director. The role can be based in Gothenburg, Hamburg, Munich or Mannheim

Main Tasks

  • Define, implement, and continuously improve a global document management system with its connected processes to ensure effective execution and compliance with regulatory expectations and industry standards.

  • Responsible for templates and connections to products, ensuring global consistency across all business units.
  • Handle the training of the organization globally, including the creation of training materials.

Being able to organize and structure your work is also key for the role since you are managing many different tasks and stakeholders at the same time. You thrive in an environment where you work independently and rely on your experience, but you also enjoy exploring synergies in working together with colleagues and stakeholders. You build relationships based on trust, integrity and respect and can engage, challenge, coach and inspire people around you.

You have:

  • Previous experience from implementation of a Document Management System in SAP (SAP DMS).
  • Good knowledge in how SAP is built up and works.

  • Preferably experience in the med tech industry or similar industry with high complexity and extensive regulatory and quality demands.
