Sales Operations Coordinator

At FalCom, a part of GN, we're searching for our new Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team!
In this newly created role, you'll never be bored. You will face a high degree of variation in your tasks and interact with multiple stakeholders across the organization. You will be responsible for contributing the necessary support to our sales team as the Sales Operations Coordinator, ensuring that our sales execution runs smoothly. In this role you'll be able to design how we should follow our processes for the utmost efficiency.
FalCom is a global provider of communication solutions and technology for the military. We enhance communication, data transfer, and security in the field, supporting soldiers' operations and effectiveness. Our innovative solutions address the unique challenges faced by military units.
Your contribution is appreciated and your main responsibilities will include:
- Tracking of POs, invoices, and revenue while maintaining and optimizing the CRM system.
- Assisting the sales team with quotes, proposals, and sales orders.
- Managing select inside sales activities, including lead qualification and customer outreach.
- Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinating logistics for product testing and evaluation.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product management to enhance processes and teamwork.
- Organize tradeshows and marketing events, including planning and follow-up.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to boost productivity.
- Handling and streamlining responses to general customer inquiries
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have,
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to undertake multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- We imagine you are an attentive and methodical person keen on supporting and enhancing our sales team's performance and assisting us to refining our processes. That you're a proactive person with a natural ability for planning an organizing.
