We are looking for a colleague who enjoy interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders and are motivated by working in a company with a focus on green transition and sustainability. If you thrive in such an environment, you might be the ideal candidate for the position of Senior Lead Buyer in our Global Raw Materials Procurement Department.
As the Senior Lead Buyer, you will play a crucial role in driving selected category management initiatives within Raw Materials Procurement. You will be responsible for strategically purchasing selected raw materials and managing the Procure-to-Pay process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting market analysis and business intelligence
- Driving and developing the use of digital procurement tools such as SAP and GEP
- Managing KPI reporting
- Supporting procurement initiatives within sustainability improvements.
What you’ll bring
We are seeking a self-driven, dynamic, and results-oriented individual to join our team. You have a proven track record of establishing effective relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders. Your strong communication skills and ability to make clear agreements set you apart. Additionally, you possess a high level of analytical ability, enjoy data processing, and are experienced in using Excel. You thrive on using exciting new tools in the IT world and excel at finding solutions to complex analysis problems.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in a commercial or technical field such as economics, technical, supply chain management, or engineering. You also have solid experience in purchasing or supply chain roles.

- Communicate effortlessly in English and are excited about collaborating across borders
- Have the ambition to grow and develop your career in a leading company and are ready to take on growing responsibilities within a growing organization
- Want to apply your business understanding in a commercial setting.
