HR Generalist (Maternity cover)

Samsøe Samsøe is looking for a highly structured, organized, and service-minded HR Generalist to join our HR team at our HQ in Copenhagen. In this role, you will work with tasks from the entire HR palette. Main focus will, however, be on administrative tasks. Working with onboarding and optimizing the experience for new starters will be one of your primary focus points.

This position is a maternity cover in the period of December 2024 to October 2025.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for our HR support email and phone
• Onboarding and offboarding
• Contract management – preparation, registration, and archiving.
• Post and administrate job ads and maintain the recruitment system
• Maintain employee data in various HR systems
• Payroll support
• Various ad hoc HR and communicative tasks

YOUR PROFILE

• You are structured and organized with a keen eye for detail
• You are an expert in preparing employee documents making sure these are flawless
• You have a proactive mindset and a highly service-minded approach when dealing with and corresponding to all stakeholders
• You are fluent in written and spoken English and Danish and have a natural flair for grammar.
• You are familiar with different it-systems and have experience working with Microsoft Office
• You are passionate about people and communication
