Senior Offshore Wind Management Consultant executing Strategic Consulting Services
Based in one of our offices in Denmark (Aarhus and Copenhagen) or Germany (Hamburg), you will be supporting clients in strategic O&M Projects through delivery of Strategic Management Consultancy services. As a Senior Offshore Wind Management Consultant, you will be an integral part of an international team where you will take the lead on delivering assignments by leveraging your own expertise, facilitating wider PEAK Wind Subject Matter knowledge and managing the internal PEAK Wind delivery team.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Project management and execution of strategic consulting services focusing on O&M advisory assignments for our international client base and leveraging the entire PEAK Wind knowledge pool.
• Ensuring the execution and delivery of relevant analyses and development of concepts on topics such as O&M portfolio strategies, O&M strategy and plans for specific sites.
• Identification of cost optimisation opportunities, including analysis of key cost drivers for offshore wind O&M, project-specific business case assessments, and development of roadmaps.
• Being responsible for developing and delivering strategic projects for clients with both short term and long-term perspectives, enabling cost and process optimization.
• Responsible for developing new and optimising existing PEAK Wind service offerings based on our clients’ needs within the Strategic Consulting Team.

Senior Offshore Wind Management Consultant with the Ability to Simplify Complexity and a Solid Project Management Toolbox
As an experienced problem-solver, you bring an analytical and strategic mindset to the practical world of O&M. Ideally, you have a management consulting background paired with interest in technical and operational matters. You have at least 3 years of experience within various industries preferably including the field of offshore wind.

It is essential that you are a master in turning complex issues into simple and easily comprehensible messages (both in PowerPoint and Word) directed to the particular receiver (varying from Engineer to SteerCo member), since you will take lead in the projects. Further, you have demonstrated your project management competencies and the ability to lead project teams. The perfect candidate has the relevant experience combined with an international & open mindset, a proactive self-starter attitude, the ability to build strong relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment and can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
