Welcome to the CBP Business Design team. We add value by creating a new Core Banking Platform. The new platform will enable further digitalization and allow Nordea to simplify its banking platform across the four Nordic countries. As the Senior Business Analyst, you’ll play a valuable role in this journey by collecting and documenting business requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

• Gather requirements from stakeholders
• Document requirements in business use cases and features
• Be part of the CBP Business Analyst community where the BA’s support each other
• Cooperate with the agile team of PO’s, testers and developers

You’ll join a team of almost 30 Business Analyst who work together as a community to make sure we get the most out of the team. Location: Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen, Oslo, Tri City, Warsaw.

Your experience and background:

• Experience within finance industry
• Experience working in an agile project
• Experience saving and/or lending products
• 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
