Your analytical mindset applied to the growing eCommerce business at Pandora

The goal of this role is to support in delivering on our financial targets by strengthening our commercial capabilities and execution across all eCommerce markets.
You will be reporting to our Global Trading Manager and collaborating with our eCom teams across the globe. You will assist in all activities connected to the weekly trading drumbeat with local markets as well as commercial reporting and analysis from Global eCommerce to the wider Pandora organisation.
You will be part of driving eCommerce commercial optimisation with the markets by identifying and surfacing commercial opportunities. As an eCommerce Analyst, you will share lessons learned and best practices across markets to ensure we are always set up for success, as well as facilitate global communities of knowledge sharing. You will also be an important point of contact for various stakeholders within Pandora’s data landscape, such as digital marketing and BI.

Specifically, you will have the following responsibilities

  • Support in all eCommerce reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) by analyzing KPI’s and providing clear and concise comments and recommendations on commercial performance, leveraging multiple data tools (financial cubes, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Similar Web, Medallia etc.)
  • Proactively spot and identify commercial opportunities and surface them with right stakeholders
  • Provide ongoing analysis on various topics from new collections, trends, new features etc.
  • Participate in weekly trade meetings with markets
  • Share and facilitate best practices across markets

Your skills and competencies to succeed in this role
We are looking for a talent with hands-on experience preferably from eCommerce or retail. You have an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to produce sharp commercial insight.
You are able to spot trends in data and turn it into commercial actions often with sharp deadlines.
You are an open-minded problem solver, able to quickly respond to requests or changes.

We are looking for the following qualifications and experience:

  • 2-4 years’ experience preferably within eCommerce or retail
  • Strong commercial understanding and analytical capabilities
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus
  • Excellent collaboration skills combined with data-driven mindset
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders on different levels of the organization
  • Proactive, humble and ambitious attitude – and also a team player
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing and fast-paced environment
