Graduate Recruiter
As a Graduate Recruiter at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring the best early talent. You will work closely with universities, career services, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your efforts will help build the future of Accenture by bringing in the next generation of innovative and diverse talent.
You will join the Nordic Recruitment team consisting of 40 recruitment professionals. Our team enjoys bringing value to our stakeholders and creating amazing candidate experiences, we are proud of the work we do together!
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential graduate candidates through various channels, including university career fairs, online job boards, and social media.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ fit for various roles within Accenture.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career services, and student organizations to promote Accenture’s brand and opportunities.
- Recruitment Events: Plan and execute recruitment events, such as information sessions, workshops, and networking events, to attract top talent.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and support.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Education: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, reporting and budgeting skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
