Together with more than 2.200 dedicated employees all over the world, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Controller / Internal Auditor to be part of enhancing the way we do compliance and internal audit in DLF. You know the game and how to create fantastic results in close co-operation with engaged colleagues and stakeholders all over the world.

Unfolding some of your responsibilities and tasks…

• Map material risks and plan out how to mitigate them
• Design assurance (financial audit) programs and execute these accordingly
• Enhance, implement and monitor our Internal Control Framework
• Help the business create and implement relevant policies and procedures
• Carry out process reviews and drive projects of efficiency and optimization
• Act as a world champion business partner for the organization

What we expect…

• You have a vast (5+ years) external audit experience, preferable from the Big four
• You have a relevant degree in Audit or Finance
• You have a superb self-driven and ambitious attitude, a critical sense of detail but also with the ability to cut through in a practical manner when required
• You excel when having multiple tasks at once, demonstrating your excellent overview and communication skills involving stakeholders on all levels
• You speak and write perfect English
• You welcome the opportunity to travel 10-20 days a year
