Together with more than 2.200 dedicated employees all over the world, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Global Tax Specialist to be part of enhancing the way we approach our Global Tax process in DLF. You know the game and how to create fantastic results in close co-operation with engaged colleagues and stakeholders all over the world.

Can you convert a scattered multinational Tax setup into a well driven machine ?
The ambition is clear, we want to be on the highest note of global Tax compliance, while optimizing opportunities and ensure an efficient and streamlined process for all our global entities.

We have been on a steep ride the last 5 years, adding multiple entities to the DLF family around the world. The enlarged volume provide us with an opportunity to optimize our process flows, efficiency and the tax strategy globally. The Pillar 2 requirements, local regulatory requirement and collaboration with business stakeholders are high on the agenda, and for the right candidate; this is a golden opportunity to design and execute a global tax strategy to perfection.

Unfolding some of your responsibilities and tasks…

• Identify global tax risks and design prioritized plans to mitigate them
• Design and execute the global Tax optimization strategy
• Ensure an adequate and effective Transfer Pricing setup
• Map local regulatory requirements and ensure ways to comply
• Calculate Group taxes and prepare reconciliations, and setup processes locally
• Handle authorities and external auditors
• Ensure lean processes for VAT and other indirect taxes
• Carry out internal Tax audits

What we expect…

• You have a vast (5+ years) tax experience from a similar role, or from a senior position in the Big four
• You have a relevant degree in Audit, Finance or similar
• You have a superb self-driven and ambitious attitude, a critical sense of detail but also with the ability to cut through in a practical manner when required
• You excel when having multiple tasks at once, demonstrating your excellent overview and communication skills involving stakeholders on all levels
• You speak and write perfect English
• You welcome the opportunity to travel 10-20 days a year
