The role
Our Integrated & Global Solutions team in Denmark is advising multinational companies on all aspects of their employee benefits solutions. Utilizing a combination of analytical skills and in-depth market knowledge, we provide analytical and strategic advice on a wide range of topics related to health and benefit solutions, including pensions, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, benchmarking analysis and risk management.

You will be part of an innovative, well-functioning and professional team. After an exciting onboarding program, you will be able to manage your own portfolio of clients, providing global benefit solutions supported by professional processes and technology.

Examples of tasks

  • Deliver superior project management on multi-country tasks
  • Serve as primary, daily contact to clients located in headquarters as well as overseas offices concerning delivery of services, coordinating with WTW consultants globally
  • Keep abreast on changes in legislation, market practices or other relevant areas to identify issues that clients should be addressing
  • Apply varied WTW IT-systems to help clients to maximize the value from the collected information
  • Support coordination of tasks and project management in several countries, e.g., global benefit benchmarking, cost savings and governance processes
  • Review local deliverables to ensure consistency of style and message, as appropriate
  • Collaborate with the global led consultant, provide advice to clients on the financing of their risk-benefit programs, e.g., self-insurance, multinational risk-sharing pooling, and employee benefits
  • Assist in developing global benefit strategies for multinational corporations

About you

  • Able to work with short deadlines
  • Very good organizational skills and structured approach to solve problems
  • Good at stakeholder management, knows the importance of interpersonal and team skills
  • Able to cooperate with clients, colleagues and associates from cultures and countries worldwide
  • Enjoy solving problems with different approaches and methodologies
  • Relevant experience with HR, Rewards or Employee Benefits is preferred, but not a requirement
  • Higher educational background, e.g., a master’s or BA degree from business or numeric from a university or Business School
  • Fluent in English. Fluency in a Scandinavian language is a plus.
