About this opportunity
Welcome to the Car Finance Sales team. We add value by helping our partners customers to succeed. We are closely collaborating with Automotive industry in Denmark. As the Head of Car Finance Denmark, you’ll play a valuable role in outlining the growth strategy in Car Finance and ensure execution with the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responsibility for profitable growth of Car Finance business, strategy and sales at Nordea Finance Denmark
• Develop the sales culture and capture business opportunities together with our partners and customers
• Closely collaborate with the value-chain of Car Finance organisation to ensure increased customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage and develop partnerships with Key players in the Automotive industry, Nordea Fleet and Nordea Bank
• Member of Nordic Car Finance Management Team and Country Management Team in Denmark

Your experience and background:

• Proven experience in leadership/sales management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Experience from Automotive Industry and/or Car Financing Business
• Danish spoken and written (superior level)
• English spoken and written (superior level)
