About the role
We are looking to hire a skilled HR Consultant, to join our HR team in London, reporting to the Chief People Officer in the UK.
We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can collaborate effectively with colleagues, employees, and leaders.
You will collaborate with employees and managers to promote initiatives that enhance employee well-being and foster a positive, inclusive workplace. Coordinate social activities and initiatives in partnership with the social committee.
You have experience delivering HR business support in a fast-paced environment, be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and experienced managing data in HR systems
You will support employee resource groups and networks in delivering initiatives.
You will collaborate in creating meaningful employee journeys, celebrating key moments such as service anniversaries, parental leave re-onboarding, promotions, offboarding, and more.
What you will be doing
- Provide HR administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee lifecycle changes, ensuring personnel files and HRIS details are up to date.
- Assist with data input for starters, leavers, changes, and promotions as needed.
- Prepare HR correspondence related to probation, parental leave, reference requests, leaver letters, internal transfers, and employment documents.
- Administer various benefits schemes, including Private Health, Salary Sacrifice, and other benefit programs.
- Support HR processes related to the Senior Management Regime as appropriate and stay up to date with changes in employment legislation, HR policies, and best practices to ensure continuous development.
- Assist employees with benefit-related queries.
What we are looking for
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have minimum 3 years of experience from in an HR administration team. You have excellent communication skills, you are able to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. You have a high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. You have strong reporting and analytics skills.
As a person you are flexible, a quick learning ability, and confident in suggesting improvements to enhance the employee experience are key. This is a part time job.
As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English.
