Talent Attraction & Acquisition Specialist, Poznań (6 months fixed term contract)

Role overview

We are currently looking for a talented Talent Attraction & Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment area with their expertise and skills.

HR team is all about Carlsberg employees, their continuous development and growth opportunities for today and tomorrow. We are guardians of our organizational culture and we support business goals. The team is currently made of 10 people, who are dedicated to providing services for Carlsberg Shared Services, like payroll, performance management, internal training, recruitment, onboarding, and many others.

What you’ll be doing

• CVs and phone screening
• conducting F2F and virtual interviews
• providing proactive advice and solutions to the Hiring Managers
• finding the best-fit candidates for the roles
• ensuring positive candidate experience
• supporting Internship Programme activities
• contacting recruitment agencies and job board portals
• implementing improvements in the recruitment process

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a person who…

• has 2 years of professional experience in the HR/recruitment area, preferably in international SSC environment
• speaks fluent English
• presents excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• has a proactive approach and can-do attitude
• demonstrates an ability to share constructive feedback with the candidates and internal stakeholders
• has strong HR and business acumen
• presents an improvement-focused mindset
• is focused on implementing the best solutions and driving for results
