Role overview
The Product Pricing Team currently consisting of 9 Financial Planning and Analytics Analysts, has been assembled to provide support in pricing processes as a centralized competence center for ISC and Local Supply Companies in the Western Europe region. The main responsibilities of the team are executing product costing, month-end closing processes, financial planning in agreed timelines, and supporting local and central Finance Team in business-relevant analysis.
What you’ll be doing
- working closely with various stakeholders across Carlsberg Group to ensure quality delivery of services;
- cooperating with the ISC Finance Team and Supply Chain Finance Business Partners;
- building and maintaining close relationships with local organizations;
- gaining knowledge that helps to understand end-to-end business processes;
- playing a key role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes;
- critical role in budgeting and forecasting processes;
- supporting Finance Team in cost analysis and decision-making process;
- coordinating new product development processes across WE breweries by handling new product calculation;
- ensuring the integrity of the product pricing data by structuring and analyzing inputs from multiple sources;
- ensuring financial processes run flawlessly with high quality;
- driving ongoing changes, improvements, and projects;
- answering ad-hoc questions concerning cost estimates and transfer prices.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for a person who:
- presents good communication skills, and can collaborate with stakeholders across the organization;
- has 2-5 years of professional experience in Finance or Accounting with a good knowledge of financial controlling processes and data analysis;
- has a University degree in Finance;
- has proficiency in written and spoken English;
- demonstrates strong analytical skills, can think critically, able to consume lots of numbers, and make appropriate decisions;
- Navigates easily in Office365 environment and has advanced hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI;
- has previously worked with SAP FI/CO; BW/BI;
