Experienced Mainframe Software Developer with good collaboration skills
As a Mainframe Software Developer, you have an important role in the development and maintenance of our core system. You will collaborate with cross-functional (and cross-border) teams to ensure our systems are reliable, efficient, and meet business needs.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of a small, experienced team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our system. You will be part of all steps in the development: Contact to users, solution design, implementation, testing and deployment. And solving errors.

Our system is built in PL1, RBD/EGL and DB2. It delivers on zOS, in CICS and in batch (JCL and OPC).

In the classic mainframe setup. We are using IDz. The system is the backbone in a complex IT-environment, with many integrations to other systems on mainframe and on other platforms.

We are gradually exposing more and more of our system as API’s.

You are curious by nature and willing to learn
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, (or equivalent experience). You have proven experience in mainframe development, especially in the tools we use (PL1, RBD/EGL and DB2).

We imagine you are a pragmatic team player that can work individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Further more you;

• have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• thrive on continuous improvements (agile mindset) and pay attention to detail.
• live in Denmark today, as we do not offer re-location.
