The opportunity:

This position is a hands-on Project Manager role where you will drive various cross-functional projects, most of which revolves around internal business process optimizations. In the role, your focus will be on end-to-and project management, incl:

• Defining and determining project scope and objectives
• Being an active member of the project team as well as being the Project Manager/facilitator
• Estimating resource requirements and establishing project teams.
• Creating, executing and following up on project plans and timelines.
• Facilitate project team meetings and steering committee meetings
• Continuous stakeholder management with the aim of leading project team members to a successful project-end

• Monitoring and reporting progress to members of the global management team and Executive Management as required.

• Serve as a liaison to the global organization, incl. leadership on ongoing projects, project management best practices, tools, templates, etc..

Qualifications:

We seek a Project Manager who can identify with the description below:

• A master’s degree in Business, Economics, or another relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience from running projects focused on internal business process improvements or similar. Preferably in an international environment.
• Deep knowledge of the different phases of traditional project management. A flexible approach to project management is a must to thrive in this role.
• Verifiable experience of successfully delivering on reasonable size projects within the last three years
• With the right experience and mindset, certification within project management is not a requirement.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Great facilitation skills at a high-level concerning project vision and objectives as well as a more granular level in facilitating day to day work in the project teams.
• Good problem-solving ability and understanding of the importance of stakeholder management.
• Responsible and strong sense of ownership, incl. being confident in and motivated by making independent decisions.
