What you’ll be doing:

• Facilitate and follow up on Occurrence reporting, Flight Data Monitoring, Risk assessment and recommendations.
• Participate in Safety Review Board meetings.
• Contact and interview CAMO, Part145 Staff or any contracted Organisation for further information and clarification on safety occurrences.
• Maintain and promote Safety and non-punitive Just Culture.
• Assist the Safety Manager where appropriate to maintain, review and update the Maersk Air Cargo SMS in respect to continuing airworthiness.
• Lead or participate in Safety Investigations or Safety Audits
• Facilitate and promote safety training.
• Guide and ensure the volunteering Safety Ambassadors have adequate training to act and promote safety amongst the frontline staff within CAMO and P145.
• Represent Maersk Air Cargo in relevant safety related organisations, National as well as International.
• Monitor and follow-up on Aviation safety trends.
• Perform duties as described in the Emergency Response.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you can offer:

• A detailed knowledge of 1321/2014 Continuing Airworthiness,
• A Part66 License and experience within CAMO/P145
• A thorough understanding of Safety Management System within ICAO and EASA standard.
