In this newly created role, you will be a key part in driving our mission to make manufacturing the most secure industry in the world. You'll collaborate closely with our sales and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that address our clients' unique challenges, contributing to our fast growth and success.
In this position, you will be reporting to Jesper Sønderby Andersen, our Head of Global Customer Success.
Your Mission
As one of our two new Pre-Sales Engineers, your main goal will be to win preferred technical solutions. By this, we mean that you will align technical capabilities with customer objectives to position our solutions as the best choice for overcoming our customers’ challenges.
If you’re more into bullets, this is the job in a nutshell:
- Conduct post-sale or case loss analyses and present findings for continuous improvement; track data in Salesforce to refine strategies and enhance decision-making
- Engage with potential customers to address any technical objections or concerns, ensuring clear communication and resolution to ease sales
- Engage in deep discussions with clients to uncover specific pain points and assess how our solutions meet their technical needs
- Oversee the TSO process: review requirements, validate solutions, assess risks, present to customers, and secure stakeholder approval
- Manage and execute PoCs demonstrating Secomea's solutions' efficiency and effectiveness
- Create detailed technical proposals, including specifications, implementation plans, and timelines, to ensure alignment with customer expectations
- Partner with sales to deliver impactful demonstrations to OT engineers, IT staff, and cybersecurity professionals. Tailor presentations to illustrate how our solutions address industry-specific pain points and deliver significant operational improvements
- Gather customer insights and market intelligence to inform product development. Position Secomea strategically against competitors by articulating unique value propositions in RFIs, RFPs, customer demos, and marketing materials
- Foster strong relationships with sales and partners through regular communication and collaborative tools to ensure transparency

- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Secomea’s offers and how they address specific customer needs
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ease faster decision-making and influence their choices
- Anticipate and address objections proactively, reducing hesitation and accelerating the sales process
- Establish strong relationships with customer technical teams, enhancing Secomea’s credibility and trust
Who Are You?
We are looking for you, who are ready to make an impact, and we value your ability to think strategically and execute effectively a lot more than what kind of formal education or previous job titles you may have.
However, we are in the need of 3 essential skills which we expect applicants to be strong in at least one of:
- Pre-sales experiences
- OT experience
- Cyber security
In addition to this, it would be a huge advantage for your future success if you have:
- A strong foundation in technical understand
- A commitment to understand and meet the unique needs of our customers
- The ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges quickly and efficiently
- The ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner
- The ability to align technical solutions with business goals and drive commercial success
