Nordisk Film Production is looking for a visually strong Marketing Coordinator

EGMONT

Nordisk Film Production produces feature films and series across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway, and we are looking for a hands-on marketing coordinator to support our producers across all three territories.
Our new colleague will mainly be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing marketing initiatives for financing purposes in the development phase, but also gaining general awareness for our titles and our Nordisk Film Production brand.

  • Collaborating and acting as NFP’s project coordinator across departments on all marketing efforts and promotional material design
  • Developing pitchdecks and presentations for streamers, broadcasters and other (international) financing partners. We do not expect you to be the executing graphic designer on all projects, but you need to be able to turn ideas into clear briefings and help with graphic design when needed.
  • Coordinating and effectively collaborating with Nordisk Film Distribution and other partners to align social media, PR etc. for our NFP titles.
  • Creating and aligning promo materials for Nordisk Film Production for markets, festivals and award-events
  • Assisting in data collection and analysis that will enable NFP to understand audience trends

All of this in close collaboration with our film and series producers as well as our VP of International Financing and Co-production, Marike Muselaers.

We are seeking a creative marketer with a genuine passion for films and series. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive and independent with strong organisational skills to effectively manage deadlines and multiple priorities. You will be a valuable sparring partner for producers across three countries, showcasing excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Proficiency in Office 365, the Adobe Suite (including InDesign and Photoshop) and Canva is required. Knowledge of social media platforms is a plus.

At Nordisk Film Production, we produce Oscar-quality films and drama series from a local Scandinavian perspective across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden with international reach. Nordisk Film Production A/S is Nordisk Film's own production company. Annually, we are involved in approximately 15 film and series productions, including co-productions. Our strategy remains true to the vision Ole Olsen had when he founded Nordisk Film—to entertain a broad audience. We emphasize high volume in our local markets, recruit talent, and produce quality films and series with creative freedom. We value diversity and therefore produce feature films, animation, short films, TV series, and documentaries for both Scandinavian and international markets.

Nordisk Film is the leading producer and distributor of content in the Nordic countries and operates cinemas in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden.
