Senior Technical Analyst

About the role
We are looking to hire a skilled Senior Technical Analyst to join our Core Banking Services team in Copenhagen, reporting to Engineering Team Lead, Tetiana Krylova.

In this role you will contribute to optimizing the way we do payments and re-thinking our core banking functionality, especially around account balance and available funds calculation, where the new system would become the primary source of truth for both clients as well as internal consumers.

• ​​Solving business problems in an elegant fashion balancing business value creation and product quality
• Take responsibility for domain design and business requirements of new system development
• Ensure continuous knowledge and information flow within the team as well as stakeholder alignment
• Day-today be an integral part of growing cross-functional software product development team
• Align with event driven design concepts

What we are looking for
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a demonstrated capability from an applicable role with minimum 8 years of full-time experience as Analyst in Banking or Fintech. A huge advantage would be domain knowledge in account balance calculations.

You have worked before in a cross-functional team or in a very close collaboration with both engineering and business stakeholders. You are comfortable interacting with technical setup through REST APIs or SQL databases. A big advantage would be prior experience with Microsoft Azure, relational databases (MSSQL preferably), message queueing and data-streaming concepts. Experience with data contracts and enterprise messaging patterns would be a plus.

As a person you are pro-active, responsible and result oriented. You have strong analytical skills and a structured way of working and the courage to try new things. We furthermore expect you to be a dependable and knowledge-sharing team player that cooperates well at all levels of an organization.

As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English.
