Role overview
Our team manages customer receivables by taking care of customer accounts. We support the allocation of incoming payments and handle unapplied cash. We stay in touch with our customers, clarify disputes, and answer customer questions. The team prepares financial analyses of the customer line items on an ongoing basis and is involved in the closing activities of the AR at the end of the month.

Our vision is to create a well-coordinated team of professionals with analytical skills who will work to transform and automate processes to support markets and functions in making change.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and maintaining good relations with clients and customers
• Preparing turnovers for customers
• Posting and clearing of compensations
• Clearing of incoming payments
• Reposting Bad Debts
• Supporting MEC activities
• Ongoing customer accounts analysis
• Supporting specialists in balance confirmation and reconciliation

What we’re looking for

• First professional experience in the finance/accounting area
• Very good English (at least B2 level)
• Willingness to develop in the area of corporate finance
• Knowledge of MS Office Package- especially Excel
• Problem solvers, fast learners, and team players
• People who have excellent communication skills and a “can do” attitude
• People who are open-minded, enthusiastic, and responsible
