We are an effective team with diverse backgrounds who analyse cyber trend data as part of our mission to set and direct the Cyber Strategy throughout our value chain. Responsibilities
As a member of the CS&T team, you will be a catalyst proactively infusing mature cyber risk management messaging into multiple channels and organisations throughout Vestas and our value chain. Specifically, you will:

• Infuse advanced cyber risk management strategies across multiple channels and stakeholders throughout the value chain
• Stay ahead of industry trends to identify effective technologies and methodologies
• Collaborate closely to refine and implement our cyber strategy, ensuring robust value protection across the value chain
• Onboard a broad audience into the cyber strategy for efficient value protection

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of risk management and cyber strategy, experienced in engaging with both top management and technical implementation teams
• Proficiency in the nuances of IT/OT/IoT/IIoT convergence and skilled in creating scalable, value-protection solutions
• Expertise in balancing the interplay between People & Processes (80%) and Technology (20%)
• Experience in providing solutions that scale and generate business value
• Certifications appropriate to this space and your back ground are good to have

You are a qualified professional with experience demonstrating that you:

• Lead organisations by setting direction and inspiring collaborative team behaviour
• Have a data-driven mindset that enables fact-based decision-making
• Have good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Have good planning and execution skills, and are comfortable working with internal and external parties
• Are naturally inquisitive and eager to innovate
