Job Description
In this role you will work on key financial processes and initiatives which will impact and drive our business within LEGO Education. You will collaborate and engage with various partners as well as be exposed to several learning opportunities.

We do not offer relocation for this position

Core Responsibilities

  • Planning, controlling, and reporting on the LEGO Education P&L
  • Drive and optimize key financial processes and models
  • Collaborate with Finance Business Partners and the business on financial topics
  • Deliver key insights and analytics enabling trade-offs & optimization dialogues
  • Support execution of commercial strategy for LEGO Education by applying end-to-end insights

Join the Financial Planning & Controlling (FP&C) team which aims to be a pro-active valued partner in LEGO Education by delivering impactful & actionable financial insights based on clear and fit-for-purpose processes & financial guidelines.

Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate brings a couple of years’ experience from a global company or a consultancy role within financial planning, analysis and controlling combined with storytelling and analytical skills, having the ability of linking the financials to commercial drivers. In addition, we expect that you:

  • Have experience working with various data and reporting platforms such as Excel, SAP, business intelligence and Power BI.
  • Are motivated by continuously improving processes and reporting.
  • Can work independently and ensure high quality of own work with the ability to take ownership and drive tasks and priorities to a conclusion

As a person, you are driven by learning opportunities, can adapt to changes and have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
