About the Role
The Director of Marketplace Nordics at Benify is a strategic leadership role, responsible for driving the growth, innovation, and overall performance of our marketplace platform in the Nordic region. As the leader of this ecosystem - comprised of suppliers, B2B clients, their employees, and the services we provide - you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketplace’s future.

Your mission will be to oversee the marketplace’s development, ensuring competitive positioning, seamless partner relationships, and delivering a world-class user experience for B2B clients, end-users, and partners.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve marketplace goals and cultivate a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Build and nurture strong partnerships to secure a diverse, high-quality selection of products and services.
• Oversee day-to-day marketplace operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for both buyers and sellers.
• Develop and implement strategies for customer activation, engagement, retention, and monetization to drive growth and strengthen the user base.
• Set and monitor KPIs to assess marketplace performance and ensure continuous improvement.

You will report to the Deputy CEO and lead a team of 27 people, including three team managers.

Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking a seasoned leader with a proven track record of driving growth and leading diverse teams in fast-paced environments. You likely have experience in technology, e-commerce, or SaaS, where you’ve managed large customer bases, activated products and services, and leveraged digital platforms to drive engagement and revenue growth.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (an advanced degree is a plus).
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and innovation across teams.
• Strong leadership skills, empowering your team to perform at their best and grow professionally.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, using data to inform decision-making and drive strategy.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.
