We are on an exciting journey within our Paid Search team, and we are looking for a new colleague!

Play a key role in our next chapter of growth
As a Specialist in our Paid Search team you will be a part of the development, execution and optimization of Paid Search activities for some of the biggest and most ambitious companies.

You will be responsible for:

• Planning, setting up and managing campaigns and ads
• Daily optimisation and maintenance of different accounts across clients and markets
• Analyzing and reporting on effectiveness of campaigns and providing recommendations to ensure the best results to clients
• Periodic quality check and inspection

You will cooperate with specialists across our offices and countries, and together with your colleagues, you will play an important role in making sure that our offerings will remain competitive in the dynamic digital landscape.

This is you
As your work day will be varied and dynamic, your technical, analytical and problem-solving competencies are highly valued.

You have 1-3 years of experience from a similar role, ideally from an agency. You have worked with Excel/Sheets and you have experience working with data for optimizing e.g. Google Ads.

Furthermore you can probably recognise the following about yourself:

• Detail-oriented and your tasks and projects are always well executed
• Passionate about how challenges are solved using the latest tools, and you keep up to date with trends
• A problem solver who takes pride in meeting your deadlines
• Open and direct in your communication and behavior towards your team and clients
• Independent and proactive, and you thrive in a dynamic high paced environment
• Proficient in English. Dutch is an added bonus
• Have an EU work permit
