We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Senior Product Manager to drive the evolution of our subscription management platform. As part of our team, you will oversee the development, improvement, and implementation of solutions that support innovative subscription models and products, central to our recurring revenue growth. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead a small team, work cross-functionally with teams in IT, finance, marketing to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions and operational excellence that support our long-term growth strategy.

In this role, you will have impact on 3Shape’s long-term growth by

  • Guiding the Product Vision: Establish and steward the strategic direction and schedule for our subscription management systems, coordinating with organizational aims, user satisfaction, and income benchmarks.
  • Promoting Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments—including operations, marketing, IT, finance, and customer success—to deliver seamless subscription solutions that enhance customer retention and revenue expansion.
  • Deliver Innovative Monetization Models: Advance the development and implementation of flexible pricing models, subscription plans, billing systems, and renewal processes that meet both market demands and customer needs.
  • Advocating Customer-Centric Solutions: Use data-driven insights, qualitative research, and direct customer feedback to continuously refine the product strategy, ensuring that our solutions address evolving customer requirements.
  • Ensure Technology and Process Optimization: Evaluate and introduce new tools, integrations, collaboration models, and best practices to streamline subscription management, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Leadership: Organize a squad of adept professionals set on attaining important performance measures, supporting a setting where collaborative spirit, inventive ideas, and sustainable growth are emphasized.

Your qualifications probably fit the bill if you have

  • 5+ years of Product Management Experience: Proven experience managing products in a SaaS or technology-driven environment, with a specific focus on recurring revenue, subscription management, or monetization strategies.
  • Strategy and Data-Informed Decision-Making: Demonstrable expertise in building and enacting data-driven product strategies that suit company-wide goals, improve user interfaces, and solve customer pain points.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven history in steering comprehensive initiatives spanning multiple departments including marketing, IT, finance, and operations.
  • Expertise in Subscription Platforms: Hands-on experience with subscription billing platforms (e.g., Stripe, Zuora, Chargebee) and an understanding of revenue recognition principles.
  • Effective Communicator: Proficient in verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the capability to convey complex concepts clearly and impactfully to key decision-makers.
  • Flexibility and Personal Development: Willing to thrive in environments that undergo frequent changes, with a commitment to perpetual learning and self-improvement.
