Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class customer support by installing, maintaining, and repairing engineering equipment at customer sites.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to identify underlying causes of technical issues and effectively implement solutions.
• Perform thorough system diagnostics, calibration, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance to proactively address potential equipment malfunctions and minimize downtime.
• Train customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment to ensure their success and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing and resolving challenges encountered in complex engineering systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with customers and internal teams.
