Product Manager City: Copenhagen V Country/Region: DK Application Deadline: 31 October 2024 As a Product Manager at Pandora, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital platform. You will be responsible for driving the development and execution of product strategies to enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business objectives. In the Online Product Line we are responsible for developing the digital experience across the full eCommerce journey.

About the role:

You will be part of an established product team focused on the upper funnel, promoting our products and brand while helping customer feel confident to make their purchase decision. At Pandora our Product Managers are commercially savy, customer focused but also has a good understanding of the technlogy we use.

We are on a very exciting journey moving our platforms to a composable and headless architecture where we will be deliver personalised experiences across the entire customer journey by utilizing both predictive and generative AI. To be successful in this role you need to be able to move across strategic conversations with your stakeholders to indepth conversations with your engineering counterpart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify market opportunities, conduct competitive analysis, and define product roadmap to drive growth and competitive advantage.
  • Feature Prioritization: Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Utilize data-driven insights and user feedback to make informed decisions.
  • Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories, prototypes, and product specifications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration across cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations. Effectively communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • User Experience Optimization: Continuously analyze user behavior, conduct usability testing, and gather feedback to improve the overall user experience. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance usability, and drive engagement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives. Monitor product performance, analyze data, and derive insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and identify new opportunities to innovate and differentiate our product offerings.
  • Product Evangelism: Serve as a product evangelist both internally and externally. Present product updates, demos, and roadmaps to internal stakeholders and external partners. Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for the product vision.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in digital development whereof proven experience (+3 years) in product management, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital consumer behaviour.
  • Experience working in an environment of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Amplience CMS, Bloomrech, composable architecture, React is a plus
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and methodology.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving results.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
