The position
As a People Leader, you are a servant leader with a passion for leading people, who has the ability to set direction, provide guidance, care for people’s wellbeing and drive their development.

You will be working with complex business challenges across the global program with keen focus on accelerating our recruitment and onboarding processes.

By utilizing your leadership skills and knowledge about complex program management, you will play an instrumental role in strengthening the team of specialists and project managers, in close collaboration with our Discipline Leads.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Direct Manager for 18-22 Automation Engineers, Specialists and Project Managers ensuring well-being, development and acting as escalation point
  • Partner and collaborate closely with our Discipline Leads to enable high-performing teams
  • Develop and drive people, including sourcing of talents – make/buy, partnering and/or growing talents internally, as well as recruitment, retainment, attraction, and rotation
  • Facilitate and ensure solid onboarding of new joiners
  • Manage costs and budgets

You will be a member of a People Leader – Community of Practice across DD&IT PS, acting as an Ambassador for Fill & Finish Expansions and will be responsible for sharing and adopting best practices. Finally, you will report to the Project Vice President for IT & Automation, Fill & Finish Expansions who has the overall responsibility for business partnering, design and execution of the program.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements

  • Hold a relevant master’s degree and possess a minimum 3 years of experience as a people leader
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of engaged and experienced talents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with internal and external stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels
  • Agility to pick up new tasks and passionate about finding and driving continuous improvement
  • Experience working with complex programs driven by strategically crucial timelines
  • Fluent spoken and written English
