We are looking for a Digital UX Designer who can leverage their expertise in video solutions and Android systems to design user-friendly, intuitive digital services for our customers.
You are set to collaborate with an innovative UX team, where the environment is ripe with prospects for career advancement and teamwork. Working closely with Product Owners, Developers, and UX Designers, you will ensure that our video solutions meet future demands with innovative, implementable design concepts.

You'll collaborate with your colleagues within UX, Software Development, and Software Product Management in Poland; Italy and Denmark, working as an important contributor to shaping the future of Jabra’s video solutions.
In this role, you will report to the Head of Digital UX and Experience Design, becoming a part of the Experience Product Management team. The UX team is a hybrid team, with employees in Copenhagen, Warsaw and Ancona. In Ancona, we are focusing on the meeting room experience with software development for our video devices. You can work daily on-site together with our PO and SW developers on video. You will also daily interact with your UX colleagues in Warsaw and Denmark.
Responsibilities:
- Explore, develop and deliver seamless user experiences across video solutions and their integration with digital touchpoints, including e.g., touch controller and meeting room management system.
- Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback collection to refine designs based on real-world use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and improve digital user experiences for video solutions, focusing on Android-based systems.
- Translate technical and user requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs for Jabra’s meeting room devices.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design concepts are feasible and aligned with product requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design for video systems and Android platforms.
- Support Agile/Scrum development processes, ensuring design deliverables align with sprint goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant digital projects, ideally related to video solutions and Android systems.
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related disciplines).
- Solid understanding of video technology, and conferencing systems, with an emphasis on user experience.
- Familiarity with Android platforms and the nuances of designing for Android-based systems.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SDKs, and technical aspects of digital service integrations, particularly related to video solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design decisions.
- Good problem-solving skills, especially in addressing challenges related to video integration and digital services.
- Proficient in teamwork and adept at conveying ideas effectively, with a background in engaging with external stakeholders and working within varied, multi-disciplinary groups.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing tasks in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
