Operations Manager

Join us in this role where you’ll lead a team of skilled colleagues working a 7-day rotating shift to service and operate our offshore wind farm.

Welcome to Operations & Maintenance
You’ll be part of Borssele Operations & Maintenance team where you, together with your colleagues, will help manage the operations and maintenance of the offshore wind farm.

As a team, we strive to collaborate, innovate and develop further ourselves and the processes with the support of a great back-office team from global operations.

You’ll play an important role in:

• developing a strong, positive HSE culture and ensuring that there’s always a focus on maintaining and improving standards
• being responsible for the line management and development of the technicians under your authority
• coordinating technician resources and shift patterns
• being responsible for the operation of the offshore wind farm during your 7-day rotating shift and supporting the Head of Site Operations on safe delivery and performance
• managing the planning team to deliver a strong short-mid and long-term plan
• maintaining the right balance in preventive and corrective maintenance.

To succeed in the role, you:

• are able to create excellent results through teamwork and develop good relationships with your direct colleagues and back-office functions
• have an analytical approach to your work, excellent organizational skills, and an ability to prioritise your daily work without losing perspective
• are a people leader, able to create excellent results through teamwork
• can speak and write English fluently.
