The team you will be part of
You will be part of our onsite IT Support in Group IT based at our global HQ at Ballerup, Copenhagen, you will join the onsite IT Support team responsible for supporting our local business with any IT related issue.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will primarily assist the onsite IT Support team with support, monitoring, maintenance, testing, and guidance of IT hardware and systems for our end users. Your tasks include:
- Monitoring and supporting of tickets, which includes troubleshooting on IT issues or follow-up on requests reported by users. This will give you the chance to develop skillset within IT support
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person, through email, through ticket system or over the phone)
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Maintaining our IT spare stock and updating of our local inventory
- Handing out new IT equipment to end users and support with installing equipment onsite
- Auditing of meeting rooms to ensure installed A/V equipment is updated and working
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you like IT and you like even more to support our colleagues in the business. Most importantly you are not scared of learning new technologies or hesitant to jump into new tasks.
In addition, we expect that you have:
- Experience with windows computers
- Experience with basic troubleshoot
- Interest in IT technology
- Flair for IT and support
- Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) is an advantage, but this is not a prerequisite
- Excellent communication skills and English proficiency, since our company language is English
