Job description
At Pandora, we are looking for a CRM Automation & Lifecycle Specialist to join our Global CRM & Loyalty team. You will be a key player in building cutting-edge automation journeys, delivering unique and memorable experiences for our customers worldwide. As our CRM Automation & Lifecycle Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of improving our automated setup, driving activities related to our email and SMS campaigns, and implementing innovative use cases that enhance our loyalty program.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Set up and manage customer lifecycle and trigger flows in Bloomreach on a global scale.
  • Lead the implementation of automated SMS initiatives to deepen customer engagement.
  • Support on the ownership of Bloomreach platform, including data mapping, backlog management, product feeds, web tracking, and maintaining high data quality.
  • Plan and execute A/B testing strategies for automated customer lifecycle journeys to optimize performance.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to email delivery, formatting, and platform functionality.
  • Collaborate with clusters and stakeholders, providing guidance on effective usage of the Bloomreach platform.

You’re a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of how to create customer value through automated journeys. You possess hands-on experience in building and managing complex workflows, and you excel at tying everything seamlessly together. A collaborative team player, you’re comfortable working cross-functionally and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role working with CRM and marketing automation
  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Bloomreach, Salesforce, or Adobe Campaign.
  • Proficiency in email marketing analytics, with experience in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • A deep understanding on how to set up customer journeys and building advanced flows.
  • Basic coding skills (Jinja/HTML) for personalization and the ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to support the technical setup of use cases
  • Experience working cross-organizationally with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage your time and responsibilities effectively.
  • Experience in the retail, fashion, or FMCG industry within a global organization is appreciated but not required.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
