We are searching for a Chief Business Risk Manager to further strengthen our risk management function in Nordea Finance Management Oversight. In your role you will be leading the work within Nordea Finance relating to Business Continuity & Crisis Management (BCCM). As such you will be in direct contact with other units across Nordea Finance Group in order to coordinate and prioritise activities. This will include (i) Improving the foundation, (ii) Uplifting failover and (iii) Catastrophic recovery. It will also be important to assess, advice and support in the mitigation of risks relating to Information Security, Technology and Data. About this opportunity Nordea Finance Management Oversight provides risk management support to all Nordea Finance units in all countries. As a Chief Business Risk Manager, you will play an integral role in providing the expertise necessary for Nordea Finance to manage risk relating to BCCM. What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the work within Nordea Finance relating to BCCM
• Co-create with colleagues working on risk mitigating activities relating to Information Security, Technology and Data
• Represent Nordea Finance in topical regulatory and risk forums
• Proactively engage with stakeholders through clear communication in order to manage expectations, involvement and requirements
• Ensure clarity and precision in messaging in order to ensure that the message is understood
• Build and maintain risk awareness and strong risk culture in Nordea Finance
• Ensure successful closure of ICT related 2 LoD and 3 LoD issues
• You will report to the head of Nordea Finance Management Oversight

Primary location for this role is any of the Nordic capitals (Helsinki: Vallila, Stocholm: Lindhagen, Copenhagen: Taastrup or Oslo), Poland (Warsaw) or Estonia (Tallinn). Who you are Collaboration. Your experience and background:

• 10+ years of experience within the area of Business Continuity & Crisis Management
• A working understanding of Information security is meriting.
• Master´s or Bachelor´s degree
• English spoken (Professional level) and English written (Professional level)
